Full interior and exterior fit-up for Fat Les's on King
Ryan’s Group completed a full interior and exterior fit-up for Fat Les on King, transforming a raw commercial space into a fully finished, operational restaurant. Our team managed the project from demolition through final finishes, coordinating framing, drywall, millwork, and MEP integration under tight timelines.

Engineered Patio Reconstruction — Chuck’s Roadhouse
Ryan’s Group completed a full structural replacement of the existing restaurant patio at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The new deck structure was engineered for increased live-load capacity, ensuring compliance with commercial occupancy standards while maintaining the restaurant’s operational footprint. Our team handled demolition, foundation upgrades, and full rebuild — coordinating closely with engineers and Techno Metal Post for helical pile installation.
